Flexible cutting – perfect for your applications Our state-of-the-art laser systems enable a wide range of processes such as 2D and 3D laser cutting, laser fine cutting, laser fusion cutting, laser flame cutting and laser sublimation cutting. This allows us to realise highly complex contours with minimal material loss.
How does laser cutting work? In laser cutting, a focussed laser beam is directed at the material to cut it with pinpoint accuracy. At the same time, a process gas such as oxygen or nitrogen removes the cutting residue and protects the optics. Thanks to CNC control, even intricate shapes and the smallest details can be cut with maximum precision.
Tube laser cutting – precision and efficiency for complex geometries
With our state-of-the-art tube laser cutting technology, we offer precise and efficient solutions for processing tubes and profiles. This process makes it possible to realise complex contours and openings in various tube shapes such as round, square and rectangular tubes with the highest accuracy. Thanks to non-contact processing, clean cut edges are produced that generally require no reworking.
