Professional sheet metal processing with state-of-the-art CNC technology We precisely and efficiently edge sheet metal made of aluminium, steel, stainless steel, checker plate, brass and copper up to a length of 3,000 mm. Other materials are available on request. Thanks to our extensive stock of bending tools, we can also realise complex bends with ease. Our machines enable sheet edges to be folded in a single operation – without time-consuming tool changes.
Fast availability and flexible delivery times Standard sheet metal profiles such as L-profiles, U-profiles and Z-profiles are ready for collection on the next working day but one, subject to material availability – at no extra charge. Express deliveries are also possible by arrangement.
Modern CNC bending technology for maximum precision CNC bending is an essential metalworking process. It falls under bending forming according to DIN 8580 and enables angles between 0° and 360° – without thermal influence on the metal. This preserves the material properties and strength.
We rely on die bending, a proven technique that includes both classic air bending and three-point bending. A punch presses the sheet metal into a die, creating a precise, permanent deformation.
Highest quality thanks to innovative control Our CNC press brakes guarantee consistently high quality with predefined bending radii, angles and edges – even for large quantities. Active angle sensors during the bending process ensure maximum precision.
