Tube bending parts – customised solutions for a wide range of applications
Tube bending parts are manufactured in our company using two different processes: the mandrel bending process and the simple bending process, which does not require support for the inner tube wall. Both processes are used in our specialised department for special machine construction, whereby our machines have been specially developed for these tasks.
The production of tube bending parts is possible in an outer diameter range of 3 to 20 mm and with wall thicknesses of 0.25 to 2 mm. The maximum part length is 200 mm. We offer a wide range of finishing options for bent tube parts, which can be realised both by machining and by upsetting.
In addition, our transfer machines enable complex processes such as turning, milling, tapping and cross drilling in axial and radial directions. These special machining processes are used in particular in customised and technically demanding applications.
